To start the remote support session:
1. Fill in your name and email address
2. Read our Terms and Conditions of Use and click on the checkbox “I accept the remote technical support charges and have read the Terms and Conditions of Use”.
3. Click on “I Accept” button if you agree to accept the possible charges and Terms and Conditions of Use
4. You will see a Run Application Prompt, please click on Run and once its open give us the one-off ID and Password so we can access your system.
