Charges (Pay As You Go users)
Charges will depend on duration of the remote session, job scope or the day providing support. We request you to confirm the charges with us before letting us providing technical support.
Charges (monthly contract users)
You would still need to fill in your name and email but the remote technical support is totally FREE and Unlimited at anytime.
Your Data and System / Network
Whilst we embark on taking all due care in the use of your computer, Top IT Host cannot guarantee this service will resolve the IT problem or that the attempt to resolve technical issues will not cause additional problems requiring an onsite or back-to-base support call. Top IT Host is not liable for any consequential damages and it is the client’s responsibility to backup all applications and data prior to the session.

Top IT Host uses the software ‘TeamViewer Quick Support’ to provide remote assistance and technical support. Features of this software include:
Easy to use and totally secure.
You are in full control and can end the session at any time.
Completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used in HTTPS/SSL technologies – the gold standard in security on the internet.
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely.
Allow your support representative to view or control your desktop.
Transfer files via direct transfer to or from the support representative (optional).
When you have agreed to use our remote service you will need to fill in your Name and Email followed by ticking the confirmation Checkbox to download the TeamViewer Quick Support application. Once the application is downloaded then click Run and provide us with the ID and one-off Password so we can access your system to provide technical support while you can see our mouse clicks and movements. Please note that this is not an unattended remote access software or utility like others, this is a one-off access software/utility which changes every time its password so that your system is inaccessible unless you (service user) open the TeamViewer Quick Support Application, run it and provide the id and password .
By using this Remote Support Service you understand that:
All remote service and software provided ‘as is’ and at customers sole risk.
You are responsible for the backup of your data and applications.
Top IT Host is not liable for consequential damages of any kind.
Top IT Host is not liable for unauthorized access to anybody’s computers via the remote software ‘TeamViewer’ (anyone can connect to your computer using TeamViewer, however they will need the password and unique identifier to do so).
Top IT Host will not disclose passwords or IDs to any undisclosed 3rd party.
Please note, all the remote session initiated via our website is a Quick Support application which means that no remote software will be installed on your pc. This is a portable one-off Quick Support Application which is ONLY active if you provide us the id and password which changes every time you open the Quick Support Application downloaded via www.topithost.com

Any personal information that maybe passed on to third parties will be done by with your consent through the use of Top IT Host Ltd. You have the right to request for any or all of your personal information to be deleted from our system. However, we will evaluate each request subject to any obligations or legal rights regarding this data. Please note, once your information has been deleted and removed from our system we might not be able to provide you with a service. If you wish to rejoin the company you will need to re-register and re-enter your personal information.
